Yahoo! Class Action Settlement Information Revealed

yahoo class actionYahoo advertisers should receive information on the class action settlement between Yahoo and Checkmate informing them of important settlement dates to watch out for.

Advertisers have until Oct. 14 to opt-out of the settlement or submit an objection, and have until Nov. 20 to submit their claim. The final hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 20.

- Should I worry about results estimates for 1) supplemental results 2) using the site: operator 3) with negated terms and 4) special syntax such as intitle: ? Answer: No. That’s pretty far off the beaten path.
- Why do 301s take so long to be reflected in supplemental results? It’s been months.
